We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states via established couriers like FedEx, UPS, etc. If you need your product(s) urgently, you can choose the Expedited shipping which is usually available for an extra cost. If you would like the Expedited shipping, please reach out to us before your purchase.
We highly recommend you to use a street/residential address, instead of PO boxes. Delivery to PO boxes may not be available.
After the order is processed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the order to be shipped out.

2. Items Shipped from China: 20-30 business days from order date. Items shipping from overseas will be clearly specified on the product page.
Please note that shipping time varies by brands and the shipping could take longer. Also, due to COVID-19, shipments could take longer.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 2-5 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.
Receipt of Wrong or Missing Items or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Units:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Individual defective or damaged items in a kit will not be considered grounds for a return of the entire kit. However, we will replace any defective or damaged components at our expense as per the warranty supplied by the manufacturer.
Items must be returned within the manufacturer's specified days from the date of purchase. Items must be in brand new condition with no signs of use. For filaments, the packaging must not have been opened. If we receive a returned product that is not in the acceptable condition outlined above, we may send you back the product at your own expense.
We do not cover ordinary damages caused by improper use or accidents. If an item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact us and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Refund policies may differ between different brands, please refer to the return periods outlined below for the different brands.
All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping must be pre-paid.

Returning or Exchanging Items:
Customers must provide a proof of purchase (store receipt or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges. Please also provide us the serial number of the machine when contacting us.
All returning items must be sent back with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). An RMA number will be assigned by our support technician. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
Customer is responsible for any freight charges for returning any items back to us after a RMA number is assigned and the return is approved by us.
All packages must be shipped with a carrier that can provide a valid tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Packages must be shipped out within 5 days of issuance of the RMA number.
All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrapping, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Please do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
If the returned merchandise does not meet the conditions of the requirement, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Filament Return Policy
We do not accept returns on filaments that have been used or that have the package opened.
